The purpose of the Early Childhood Ministries Board shall be to provide for the administrative oversight of the four mid-week early childhood ministries. A task force composed of the program directors and representatives of the four current boards is developing a set of by-laws for a combined Early Childhood Ministries Board. The by-laws will specify membership, election procedures, meeting times and specific duties of the Board.
