Christian Educator Position

With the July 1 retirement of Deacon Judy Eilders after many years of faithful service, St. Paul’s United Methodist Church is looking for an a Christian Educator who can nurture, guide and implement all aspects of a comprehensive Christian Education program for children, families and adults.  This person will also recruit and train volunteers to assist in adult and children programming.  The person must be enthusiastic and optimistic about Christian Education and demonstrate compassion and the ability to work with people of all ages and backgrounds. A Baccalaureate degree is required and a degree, certifications, and/or ordination in Education/Christian Education are highly desirable.  A minimum of three years of educational and discipleship ministry experience with children and adults is required.
