Registration of your children and youth each year provides us with updated information on allergies and contacts, and current grade levels. Please register your children and youth for this coming school year today! You can use either the downloadable form and turn it in to the office, or you may use our online form below.

Please fill out a separate registration for each child or youth. Note: 7th and 8th graders participating in Confirmation should fill out the Confirmation Registration Form.
