Seekers Class

Seekers Sunday School Class

The Seekers Sunday School class meets at 10:20 am on Sunday in room 119. There are about 20 members in the class, with an average attendance of 10. The average age is mid-40’s, mostly couples with teenaged children, but singles are very welcome to join this class.

All members of Seekers are active in many of the ministries of the church. The class has a high desire to understand and further God’s will as individuals, spouses, parents and as members of the faith community. They enjoy Bible studies and learning how the Bible is applied to Christian life. Weekly joys and concerns are shared in class and then e-mailed to all class members each week. Outside social activities include bowling, game and card nights, attending Theatre Cedar Rapids, progressive dinners and a yearly Christmas party. While the class is small, they desire to empower members to be fully engaged in the ministries and life of St. Paul’s UMC.

The class is currently studying Decisions-Seeking God’s Guidance by Donald Baker. Come join the Seekers in Room 119 at 10:20 today.
