Receptionist answers phones, takes messages and greets persons coming for appointments. Knowledge of information in the Outlook would be helpful in providing assistance.

Memorials receive and administer memorial gifts according to the wishes of the donors and in consultation with the Board of Trusteees.
Finance compiles annually a complete budget and submits it to the Administrative Board for review. Meets for regular budget review.
Nominating nominates persons to serve on the Administrative and Program Committees. Knowledge of church membership and their skills/gifts are important.
Staff Parish Relations aid the staff in making their ministry most effective by being available for counsel, keeping them advised concerning conditions within the congregation as they affect the relations between staff and people, and keeping the people informed concerning the nature and function of the respective responsibilities of staff members.
Trustees are responsible in matters of real and personal property of the church with respect to the purchase, sale, mortgage, encumbrance, construction, repairing, remodeling and maintenance of the church property.
Congregational Care Program Committee provides leadership for the congregational and pastoral care ministries of the church.
Educating and Equipping Committee coordinates, plans and implements programs and events to provide Christian Education and spiritual formation for all members of St. Paul's.
Reaching and Receiving Program Committee directs ministries that reach out to prospective and new members.
Second Mile Mission Giving serves as the central missions planning group for local mission education and cultivation plus planning and financial support recommendations of local and board of global ministries programs.
Sending to Serve Program Committee focuses on preparing members to witness their faith out in the community through acts of service and/or mission.
Worship Program Committee guides the congregation's worship life.
Early Childhood Programs Board provides for the administrative oversight of the four weekday early childhood ministries.
