9:00 Traditional Worship
Sunday 9:00 am Traditional Worship
Traditional worship in St. Paul's spacious sanctuary includes music, scripture, prayer, and preaching. Childcare is provided for this worship service. (Childcare is on the main level, opposite the music center.)
- Where is it? This service is held in the Sanctuary located on the main floor. Entrances are on the Third Avenue (south side) or from the hallway. More seating is available on the second floor in the balcony.
- Who will lead? Services are led by all pastors: the Children’s Message is usually led by Pastor Allison, Pastor Phil usually does a reading, while Pastor Harlan and Pastor Sherrie lead the rest of the service and deliver the sermon.
- What to wear? Sunday best clothing will blend in while business casual is also the norm. Clothing is often less formal in the summertime.
- What is the music like? There are many music opportunities with this service. Frequently the choir sings, hymns are led by an organ. Once a month bell choirs play, and many instrumentalists provide special musical accompaniment.
- How do I follow along? You can choose between using the bulletin, hymnal and Bible, or follow along on the projection screens for the service.
