St. Paul's Room Reservation
Please complete this form at least 48 hours prior to your event to reserve space for your event and to have it included in our events calendar. If you have questions, please email office@stpaulsumc.org or call the Front Desk, 319-363-2058.

Is this event hosted by a ministry of St. Paul's?
Organizations which are not part of the ministry of St. Paul's UMC must be granted approval and pay a rental fee for using a room. Approval will be granted by Front Desk Coordinator after completion of this form.
If event is recurring what is its frequency?

St. Paul's Emergency Procedures require an Emergency Contact Person who is: physically present at the event and responsible to check in/out a radio (walkie-talkie) from the office and able to be the contact person in case of an emergency.

Doors will be unlocked 30 minutes before the event's starting time and locked 15 minutes after the starting time unless other arrangements are made.
