Agreement

During my (our) occupancy of St. Paul’s cabin, I (we), the undersigned, hereby agree:

•   Not to sublet the property;

•   To adhere to the occupancy rules of the cabin as posted in the building as well as the

  camp ground regulations;

•   To leave the cabin clean and neat, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited;

•   Replace or pay for replacement or repair of any loss or damage to the cabin or its’

  contents caused by my occupancy;

•   Waive any and all claims against St. Paul’s United Methodist Church or the Clear

  Lake Cabin committee of said church for accident or injury.
