At St. Paul’s, service isn’t just something we do, it’s a fundamental part of who we are. As Christians, we are gifted, needed, and called to be Christ’s hands and heart to the world. When we use our God-given spiritual gifts in service, we deepen our relationship with God and others.
Using Our Spiritual Gifts
Your spiritual gifts are tools given to you by God to serve others for the common good. When you use your spiritual gifts, God is glorified. Spiritual gifts differ from natural talents and abilities. They are like a God-given inner fire: a passion that ignites, inspires and empowers us to do God’s will. And the more you use them, the more joy you’ll experience and the more fruitful your service will be.
